Class starts with simple work-out exercises followed by floor exercises and more complexed combination into choreographic sequence. Some of the main principles of this class are: functional and logical use of the body, shifting the centre, finding the relationship with the partner and the space, and playing with the body and the movements. Class continues with some improvisational work that will encourage the participants to find their own physical voice. Improvisation sometimes happens with a partner.
